Ray kuntz

Ray has been a proud resident of Cochrane for over 33 years. Deeply committed to community development, Ray has served as Chair of the Cochrane Planning Commission and was a founding board member of the Spray Lakes Sawmills Recreation Park Society, where he served for six years, including a term as President. His passion for youth and sport also led to a key role in bringing AA hockey to Cochrane and supporting local minor hockey initiatives.

Now retired, Ray brings over 40 years of senior leadership experience across multiple industries. His expertise spans business turnarounds, operations, marketing, and inspiring teams to achieve success. Ray has also played a significant role in several major community fundraising efforts, including the expansion of the Spray Lakes Sawmills Family Sports Centre and initiatives for the Cochrane Western Heritage Centre. His experience directing large sponsorship programs and community campaigns continues to benefit Cochrane through his work with the Health Foundation
